Actually, Amon Amarth is "Viking Themed Melodic Death Metal" (long story)

We had a looooong discussion on that subject in Metal-Archives once. But yea, I think for a band to be Viking Metal, it has to have elements of something Viking not just the lyrics.

Oh yeah, bloodbath are amazing. Definetly one of my favourite bands, and their new record will kick ass, and it looks like Åkerfeldt will be back on the vocals, so that's great news, even though Tätgren also was amazing..

Novembers Doom (doom/death) still aren't on the list, and nether are Memfis (progressive something). And I just also realised that ******** aren't on there, something that needs to be fixed! (even though they aren't good, they can still be incredibly fun)

Edited for language, The Uncreator

Sorry I've been a bit along the line of Procrastination with this. Ive been so busy lately with school, I'll start adding the bands in.

EDIT

My bad, Moonlight Agony was misspelled, so it was way out of place. Fixed now though smile.gif
