Hey,

Tell me what you think about Michael Romeo smile.gif
I like his riffing/soloing very much and I think his technique is amazing.
This sweeping tapping, however its called, he play it so clean, just awesome.

One of my favourites is that one:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PG2804ggsI0

SO what do you think about him ?

Absolutely great !!!! is one of the most talented guitarrists (IMO), and I agree, his tapping-sweep (or tapping arpegios) is amazing wink.gif

Symphonic X is also a great band !!!!

Hell, this song is pretty long oO
But, many different styles in it from melodic, too some more heavy riffing over to some great soloing, very nice smile.gif

Romeo is great! And he started playing guitar in 14 so all of you who think they can't do it can reconsider their situation! smile.gif The starting age is not that important! smile.gif

Love his tapping!

i got all albums i know of...including the japanese versions and special editions *g*

romeo had a big influence on me. bought the first album right when it came out, sat down trying somehow to rip off anything he plays because i was so crazy about it. needless to say, it did not work out that well, not only because i was 12 or 13 back then, but also i started playing back then. i remember going to a printshop for a damnation game t-shirt...paid quite a lot of money for it, because the just did not have any shirts :/

... i could say i figured out what hammerings and pull of are by listening to romeos stuff...i still love it all, but back then noone knew of them...so i was even "cool" when older metalheads asked me for example, if i had the new sepultura or wot ever...biggrin.gif i replyed : NOOOO!!! i have the new syx...wanna listen? ...well in hannover noone i knew of liked it took quite a while, until the metalcommunity realized how cool that music is...thnx for the internet, everyone knows smile.gif i find it is also a good example to see that talent can survive also...its not only about making money...

blablabla...back in time metalheads traded tapes biggrin.gif good old days biggrin.gif:D:D now everyone gets the stuff on mp3 for free biggrin.gif:D:D

hats down for the 3 Mikes and SyX in general smile.gif i don´t know of one week song they have...anyone?
