Thanks man! You laid down one heck of a track yourself! Oh yeah, This month's Guitar World (Zakk Wylde on the cover) has an excellent Blues lesson in it by Michael Angelo Batio....no shred just Blues in the style of Hendrix. It's really cool!

Ibanez Iceman w/ DiMarzio Super Distortion in the Bridge and DiMarzio Humbucker from Hell in the Neck

Yamaha Classical Acoustic

Bass - Signed Gene Simmons Punisher Tobacco Sunburst #345 - Collector purposes only

I dont think all solid states suck smile.gif .There will always be a war though between the people that like Tube amps or solid state.Personaly my experience i have only used a Marshall tube and and thought it sounded horrible, but maybe a Krankenstien head would be sweet . biggrin.gif

I've been playing with my pod a lot today, and now I know for sure all solid state amps sound great because the pod manufactured DSP mangled model of a JCM120 sounds cool, and that's solid state, so there ! blink.gif

What we have here...really interesting playing over blues track.
Still, music has no boundaries and Jason did it in his own way!
My only advice is to listen to blues a bit more,
just to get right impression from it.
Add few bends,do more about pentatonic and you'll have it for sure!!
Well done and I'm glad you did it Jason!! smile.gif

Thank you Muris for your efforts on this. I do admit that blues are not something I have worked on much. Guess I am always too happy, to be blue. I also always record my own solo before listening to all the others. However, that might not have been a great idea on this one.

Thanks for the stamina lesson, this is great stuff and exactly where my playing needs to go next. You can feed us all the alternate picking stuff you want. smile.gif smile.gif wink.gif

Well i know you can get something like audacity, right click the saved file on this forum, open the file in audacity and export it as an mp3 to save wherever. You can probably do it an easier way but I don't know.
