Agreed - also stepping up and doing something like this when learning isn't always very comfortable.

However - the people who have the courage will get a tremendous amount of help just by the feedback they will get. So believe me it is well worth it.

Also the people who dare do this now - are much more likely to go in the right direction the coming year(s). This will show in your progress soon.

So even if you only get to hear "fix this" "fix that" "work on that" - the feedback will give you a tremendous advantage. So what are you waiting for? This is a win-win situation! biggrin.gif No pain no game.

This is connected to the "blues singing" lesson, right? The one were you hum to a 12 bar blues backing? I think it's the same backing track.

Check out that lesson and you will get it. (pointing at Kris tongue.gif)

This won't happen from me because I would have to sit and hum in my room and the family would laugh themselves silly. I don't mind them laughing at me, but I can't stand to see them happy wink.gif

I might give it a shot as soon as I get my new recording gear.

Though, I'm too scared to only use my voice, but I can try to make the same sounds with my mouth and guitar at the same time biggrin.gif

Awesome idea btw, I hope someone is man enough to sing!!! biggrin.gif
