This is sad - let's hope it doesn't happen again.
To help getting rid of it you can use the "report bad tab" feature at the bottom of the page. http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/v/velv...s_intro_tab.htm |

Hmm, does it say anywhere on GMC that it is not allowed to steal tabs and such from GMC? If not, that would have been a good idea I think. Here ya go...link for Legal on main page at bottom. https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/Legal.htm I think it spells it out quite clearly. -------------------- "Time is a great teacher. there is a difference between taking copyrighted material, copying it, and publishing it somewhere else with your name on it and taking music you love and trying to tab it out yourself / for others to enjoy / comment on. if you ask any actual MUSICIAN (not the multi-million dollar record labels / music association) i think they really wouldn't mind somebody trying to tab out their work. in fact, i think they'd like it. it helps spread their songs to other guitarists! +1. Also there is an issue of plagiarism - in this case whoever it is was presumably tries to pass the tab off as being their own work. In the case of tabbing a recorded song the majority of/all people know that the tabber didn't write the original piece. I can only surmise that whoever did it believes that they will gain kudos/respect from people on UGC who think that the piece was actually written by them. So if that's the case it's down to ego. Sad really. Cheers, Tony ps I try to tab stuff songs I want to learn for no other reason then I learn it better then reading someone else's tab. But it's horses for courses.
