hey guys,

i was just wondering if there are any other GMC's who do the atletics (is that correct???) and what kind of profession do you have.

mine is as it is called in the Netherlands MILA (so that would be 400, 800, 1500 and 3000)

are suicides the ones that you have to run to a specific point, then return, and then go beyond?
