Its cooling down, finally out of the heat. 110+ degrees is ridiculous. Supposed to get pretty cool out here. Since its full on desert it gets well above 100 but then also gets down to the 20 and 30. PS it is in Ferenhight if your used to Celsius.

I can't even imagine being up there in the winter. I was in North Dakota one winter and it was freezing balls. I'm too used to warm weather.

Swingline you should visit Mi during winter season. We had a lot of negative numbers during winter seasons. Great weather! I love coldness.

I spent 4 hours last night driving form Jersey to Connecticut in rain varying from torrential up to totally unreal. At times, the whole freeway was at a standstill as people pulled off to the side because they couldn't see. When I got to my home town I had to find a different way home due to flooding. Later I went out for dinner and had to take a very roundabout route to get there, but I really needed a beer at that point! I didn't know you could actually get through 3 feet of standing water in a Camaro, but you actually can wink.gif

Thank you. All of them are either taken from the window of my room or right outside the door steps.

Btw by "13 degrees" mean like... Celsius? I'm not sure what the english word for it is.

If you're American, the answer is "Celsiwhatius? Why can't everyone be sensible and use Farenheit like we do"

Only kidding, I'm mostly American myself these days ...

HA!! i grew up on the coast of North Carolina and just moved back 2 months ago. there's practically no such thing as winter here. it's only cold for about 2 months out of the year (mid January-mid March). it's was 92 F(which is like 34C degrees) the other day, sunny and warm.....i went to the beach. sorry it's getting cold fellas, but i just spent the last 3 years in DC and i'm just not built for snow and cold weather...so it's really good to be back. oh, and to andrew, i think that storm started down here and moved up there...it was pretty bad the other day here too. we get so many tropical storms/hurricanes here that driving in heavy rain has never been a problem for me, i've even driven trough some hurricanes....but the minute you put me on an icy road i'm completely lost. i'm terrified of it and end up driving like 35 mph.

Great pics Robin,
wish I was as good with a camera smile.gif .

Weather here btw - sunny with a blue sky all day. Warm enough that I just got back from a birthday party where we sat outside eating, talking and drinking until mid-night.

Cheers,
Tony
