QUOTE (Bondy @ Oct 12 2007, 12:31 PM) *
Hi guys iam looking to buy some new pedals a new distortion pedal a chorus pedal and a compresser pedal but there are so many conflicting views on the pedals i have chossen my head is spining here is what i have shortlisted

Distortion pedal

Digitech DF-7
Line 6 DM-4
Boss Ds-2
jekell&Hyde
MXR ZW-44 Wylde Overdrive

Chorus Pedal

EH Small Clone
Digitech Cf-7

Compresser Pedal

Beringer cs-100
DigiTech Main Squezze
Boss CS-3

Please put forward any suggestions that i might have missed

ohmy.gif All I can say is, if you're getting a distortion get a metal muff. End of story, look it up, buy it biggrin.gif

For chorus, either the small clone or the CF-7 are both really good pedals.

For compressor, I don't know anything about those, but the suggestion for the MXR is a good one. And the keeley compressor is great too, but very expensive.

Good luck smile.gif

I don't know, you really should try out all these pedals before you make a purchase. All of them are good for some purpose.
