Does anyone know of any guitars with a seperate volume control for each individual pickup so it can do this?

I don't want to do much tinkering and would much rather just buy a guitar with two volume controls than to have to set it up that way.

Any and all responses will be met with a generous serving of forum karma.

Yeah

My Epi 1967 Flying V has seperate volume controls for each pick up.

But i dont like the pickups on em cause they dont really fit for metal. Im selling my guitar and going in for an ibanez.

Even herman li made a lesson to make weird noises with a whammy bar, but this is different and cool.

True, we used to play "Know your Enemy" live with a Gibson LP. Just wind down the volume on the bridge pickup, and use the toggle switch as a cut off. Mind you, if you get too enthusiastic, you can break the switch (easily replaceable). And (pointless information) I find it easier to switch down for on, in the fast passages, so I usually set the toggle upside down (so that pushing down switches to the neck pickup).

Very Old Skool nowadays (but not when I started playing)!!

As most people have stated Epiphone and Gibson would be your two best choices I think.

Morello has various guitars he uses for different songs but mostly uses an Ibanez, Strat and a LP. Both his Start and Ibanez have been customs fit with toggles to use as a kill switch.

I think Fender and Ibanez are capable. Also along with the Gibson's, and Epi's
