Hey, is anyone here going to wacken this year? I hope I will, but it's not 100% certain yet.

My favorites of the announced so far:
Children of Bodom
Iron Maiden
Hatebreed
At The Gates

Band list

can't wait!

Also, feel free to share experiences from the prevous festivals if you have been there before smile.gif

Last year it was sold out in june/july I think. I dont' remember it exactly. The year before I bought a regular ticket two weeks before the festival. It was exactly sold out at the beginning. But this year it's going te be sold out much earlier I think, because of Iron Maiden headlining this festival.

BTW I could drive there by bike ( two guys from my city actually did) biggrin.gif

I think you need another 1000 $ for the legendary Wacken Knobibrot biggrin.gif Knobibrot is bread with garlic and cheese and you really get addicted to it after the first bread wink.gif
