I own seasons 1-10 on dvd, but I don't have cable right now, so I haven't seen many of the new ones from the last couple of seasons. Last night I watched the "World of Warcraft" one...classic scene with Randy acting out his death in the electronics store after he gets killed in the game ...though Cartman does take a pretty big turd in that one!
