Thats awesome. I'd love to get one I always wanted to put humbuckers in my Strat but that would be awesome to get one of those. Do they have American made ones?

In the late 80's to the early 90's Fender made what they called the HM Strat. Similar configuration and made in the USA. They can be a little hard to find, but I don't think you'd have to pay more than US$1000 for one.

I did some looking around on this yesterday. Looks like they're going mostly for under $500 on eBay.

I've got a new job coming up...might have to think more about getting one of these.

Mhm, they definitely are one of the most beautifully made guitars. Expecially the Dragon Series. Check those out if you haven't.

Ill clean it up and get a better pic...I used my camera phone.....scroll to the left and check out my others... I just got a new s2170se-ntf what a killer guitar...i cant put it down. the others are a 199X 1527 prestige (dimarzios), a warmoth (fake strat) killer stuff (warmoth that is) and a 1981 gibson kalamazoo explorer e2 with walnut/maple construction. The explorer is the model with the "tummy cut". The explorer is the heaviest sounding guitar ever. (I have the stock dirty fingers bridge pick-up but replaced it with a really old duncan distortion I had laying around). A happy marrage I must say.

Have you ever seen a Bantam before? Its a very odd limited run. Came out the same time as the flourentine Im told. I read somewhere it was a 400 or less run. I have never seen another one.

This ESP Eclipse (Les Paul) is beautiful. I'm thinking about getting it, I just have to figure out how to justify buying a fifth guitar at 1200 bucks.
