No need for apology Kris smile.gif

We are fine now and I'm sure it won't happen again.
Must underline that no one was insulting me but members exchanged few hard replies to each other
and that was a bit wrong too...
As I said,I'm SURE it wont happen again. smile.gif
Let's stick to music and guitar now,and fine behavior of course wink.gif

So the thread is called : "Muris just wanted to say" , in that case I just want to say to you Muris that I feel very inspired by your lessons , is like having a guitar hero as a personal teacher and your a a true guitar hero Muris. Thanks for your lessons and for all your comments on the forum. Im really greatful of being a GMC member and to have you as an instructor.

And of course if you want to come to Colombia you are more than welcome.

thanks.

Yeah sorry about that also Tony. I too respect Muris and I would like to say sorry to WTN to because it didn't have to go that far.

I think everyone is cool now. I should have dropped it sooner - just hit a nerve. It will not happen again. No hard feelings at all. I apologize to everyone. Now back to Guitar - my toy arrived a day earlier than expected:

It's the guitar - not the vette - I just love this color scheme for some reason.

Corvette is rather nice as well - at least for going in straight lines smile.gif tongue.gif .

Cheers,

Well if you mean by fury the corvette then yes. I have spent the last two hours trying to get the guitar setup correctly. Folks seem to say it arrives in the mail and it's perfect - hard to believe, since it's been bouncing around in the back of UPS aircract/trucks through various climate changes. It needed some work. Had to tighten the neck plus the D string intonation was way off ( I mean way off - sent my peterson strobe spinning). Will let it settle out and see what happens - it's sounding a lot better. I have not plugged it in yet, because if it cannot keep tune then it's going back to ZZOUNDS. I think it will be OK.

wish you nice time with new axe and hope it'll stay in your hands instead
of going back to ZZ's!!!
Shipping might kick guitar a bit of condition so give it some time,
hope it'll work fine after all.

My main guitar is a 1961 Les Paul TV Model - nothing can touch it as far as action and feel. It has had one fret job - jumbos of course, and a lot of customization as far as tuners and pickups, but I will get the new ibanez real close to the action on the Les Paul. If all works out, I will put up a review on the Ibanez on the main review board.

Dude! WHAT DO YOU DO FOR A LIVING!????!

I am currently in a mid-life retirement. Took time off to make a CD with my son's and play with them a while. I am a Mainframe Systems Programmer - big IBM systems. Worked for Chevron for 26 years and a large Hospital System in Houston for 7 years. Made lot's of money - I am blessed beyond belief. My Dad got cancer, my Mom up and died, and I took care of my Dad until he died (pretty quick) and then have spent time as the Executor for his will. I am currently looking for another job in the Systems Programmer field. My main love is music, but it's hard to make a living on that. BTW - I am 55.

Muris, you said your national anthem didnt had lyrics. Why not try to write some? Im sure you have a huge bond with your country, so it might turn out something really good. smile.gif Even if it doesent become the official lyrics, i think it would be something really nice. smile.gif
