Hey there,

Some of you have probably noticed that we have started to get a little activity in our blog!

Today I have the honour to present a new blogger - Henrik Skotth, our very own tech guy! biggrin.gif

The idea of this blog article series is both to provide help to the beginner who is feeling a little lost on the site - but more importantly to let us site administrators know all the mistakes we have done from a beginner perspective.

Let's face it - most of our lessons are very difficult! If you want to help Henrik out - feel free to comment his blog articles - this is also an excellent way for you to let us know how you think we we can improve things...!

----> Check the GMC Blog!

I want to add that if anyone doubts that I really am a complete beginner, my next blogpost will contain undoubtable video proof of me playing in a way that no one with any experience to talk of would ever be able to do even if the wanted to tongue.gif

If you do something silly like perfectly play Serrana on that video, I'll have to be really annoyed, and throw down my guitar in disgust! tongue.gif laugh.gif

I think its a great idea. It's difficult for some (i.e. like me) to remember back into the mists of time to their first few months on guitar. Should make an interesting read smile.gif

This was a really good idea.

I'd toyed with the idea of using my blog to document my journey learning guitar from the ground up when I got started last year. There was a long period where I wasn't practicing at all though, and that's not very interesting to read.

I'm getting better at practicing now. I'm thinking about starting to record stuff to get an audio/video log of my progress. Not sure if I'll put that up on the blog yet or not.

Glad to see someone's doing this in a smart way.
