Hi there, just thought I'd introduce myself. Im David C Bond, a guitarist from Sweden, currently living in Leeds, UK. I just found this website and so far I am extremely impressed. I've been playing for about 13 years now but I still learn something new every day!
I am primarily interested in the widdlings of guitarists such as Alexi Laiho, Petri Lindroos, Kride Ranta, Yngwie, Vai etc but also enjoy many other styles. I am currently studying classical music composition at Leeds university and also play in a shred based metal band called Morkret (www.myspace.com/morkret).
I have been making instructional guitar videos for Youtube for several years so check them out if you get a chance. I am hoping to make some lessons for GMC soon if Kris and the other guys want me to contribute. I was thinking i might make a "In the style of: Children of Bodom", anyone be interested in that?
Is great to come across a web community with one shared interest!
David

Welcome to GMC. Hope you learn a lot from this website, even though you sound like a pretty experienced player already

As to A children of Bodom lesson, that'd be awesome. Can't wait for it smile.gif
