You ever stop and say... "If I could have this amp I would be done buying amps forever"?
I MAY have already found mine... I like my NOS Blues Junior so much I have yet to hear an amp I like more. I still wanna play around with some Fender Twins but that is the only thing I can think of that might impress me more. What is your final amp? Do you already own it? Or will you never find it you think? I wanna know! Yeah, I figure a lot of players feel as you do swing. But some of us still dream of some "ultimate" amp or rig. That's what I want people to share.

There may yet be one more after that amp, but I'm trying to make this one the "perfect" one.
Gear: Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster, Gibson '67 RI Flying V, Mesa Boogie F-30 112 combo, crazy pedals.|

Will have to try loads of amps to decide which one. But also a solution can be "Kulik Amp" from Germany, the guy who does custom made amps - that way you can have your own sound the way YOU like it

At the moment I would say a Bogner Ecstacy, but I have never played one, only heard clips. On the other hand, maybe I'll end up building my perfect amp

It fulfills all my needs of modern hi gain amp, british or american, brit crunch and a clean channel that's great sounding. It's especially Marshall like on the british hi-gain channel. Yes, it does a pretty good Fender though it's equipped with EL34's, I'm rather surprised myself. You'd get different characteristics from the 6L6 tubes, but then again if I'd go there I'd sacrifice the versatility for specializing myself. I havn't tried to make it a hi-gain ENGL yet... don't know whether that's doable or not. Right now what music is about for me is rehearsing and performing live. If i was in a situation where I did a lot of studio work or just bedroom playing I would probably look for something else. NOS actually does mean "New Old Stock" but since some companies like Fender have used the NOS moniker on brand new products I thought "New Old School" fit the idea of what they were trying to do better.
