my fingers are doin better today, im gonna see if i can get some perscription for muscle gel from doctor smile.gif if i cant i will just buy some, sounds like miracle gel!
and hope the guys who are injured get betterr soon!!

Kevin - apart from the gel that Robin's mentioned and tiger balm the other one that might help is the deep heat muscle spray that physios spray on rugby/football players. I think you can get it in chemists in the UK.

probably won't help in this case, no muscles in the fingers. I agree on the fish oil. I take that. I have had the same thing he describes. Just used light strings, and down tuned to E flat, avoiding bends for awhile, and it got better. I expect this is a stage in the development process, and should not be a long term problem. Generally when things get better with a little rest, they are not a big thing.

But one must be careful about pains that one is not familiar with. You can turn a minor thing into a major thing if you push past pain, when you don't know from experience that it is not a big deal.
