I like this pedal. I use it to boost my Metal Muff and it has a very bluesy boost. I actually got this pedal very cheap, $35 new. It used to be that price new till Boss upped it up a few bux but its still affordable and a great pedal.

I also like how it cleans up very nicely by controlling the vol pot and can get some dirt on full.

I can't use this pedal on its full potential because of my solid state. I'd hope to use it more often when I get a decent tube amp.

Thaths right man, I forgot to mention that it works well in combinations with other pedals too. It is truly a nice pedal for the price.

I hope you get the tube amp, since it is made for that practicaly. smile.gif

This is a good pedal, and the Keeley/Boss one is fabulous ! biggrin.gif I really like the warmth this pedal gives off. If I couldnt have afforded my TS808 I would have bought one of these for sure smile.gif

TS9 is truly master of boosters, but this one is great also. And it is a LOT cheaper.

Downsides of this pedal are that it eats some of the bass range, adds a lot of middles

Ive read somewhere you can mod it to give a bit more bass, im sure its only a resister. Think I saw a vid on it on youtube smile.gif

I guess it can be done, but as I said it is not so big problem when playing. Expecially in that price range. But thanks for the tip wink.gif
