Hello all GMC Students and Teachers!

I'm from the United Kingdom, I listen to Rock, Metal, 80's Rock, Classical, Jazz + Blues. Some of my favourite bands are Metallica, Megadeth, Trivium, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Jimi Hendrix, Gary Moore, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Cream, Queen etc.

I play a Vintage V8 and a Crafter Cruiser. I've been playing guitar for around 3-4 years. My main influences on guitar are Kirk Hammett, John Petrucci, Steve Vai, Eric Clapton + Gary Moore. I normally practise about 3 hours everyday obviously with breaks inbetween.

I would say I need to work more on my soloing abilities, as I think my riffing/rhythm abilities are at a good standard. So i've come on here to work on my lead and learn more styles of music and techniques to incorparate into my arsenal of playing!!.

I look forward to getting to know some of you and also learning from the teachers!!

Welcome to GMC!,
You are now officially the only guy with less time here than me. Feels good not to be the new guy anymore smile.gif Good luck with your endeavors as I am sure I will be of no help for several years.
I'm sure you will be happy with the quality of the site here. I've been in the Inet biz for 15 years and I am impressed with the layout design and quality of the lessons.
Welcome and have fun.
