hi, i want to tune my guitar D# A# F# C# G# D#, the thing is i dont have any tuner, is there anyway to do this without a tuner?

So half a step down if im correct? well i dont really know how by ear, there might be a relative note for it but im not sure. i think id just twist the tuning nobs 180 degrees down. Thats your best bet, just remember the position there in and twist them 180 degrees so that there facing the same angle

this kinda works if u dont have the right tuner. (although im quite sure that they make tuners that go at least a whole step down) if you have acces to a piano or keyboard, then hit the low e flat (or d sharp, same thing) and tune the guitar to it. then just tune up like u usually do except move the fret up one. So...... instead of 55545 its 66656.

EDIT: sorry, ignore that whole thing. I though u wanted a half step down on everything. i dont know what to do in that situation with half and whole steps tuned down and up. But if u want to tune down a half step, that way is fine ^.

If your guitar is in standard tuning at first.. then you would just tune whichever E string to the Eb(D#) note on another string. Then tune from that string... unless you have a tuner of course.

sanders covered that better than i could! just make sure u recored the note so taht when u actully tune the e-string u get the right note smile.gif
