Intonation is not good here and I can hear a mistake @ 0:34. These are small details which makes the difference over the whole take, keep attention on them!

I think it sounds very good. Guitar is a bit out of tune, and those vibratos need to be executed faster in order to sound properly. I think a bit more polishing up needs to be done, but it's an OK take.
