Hey everyone!
I guess I should shed some insight on my recent life.
To start things off, I should mention that I recently turned 20.
About two years ago I moved to Hermiston, Oregon to live with my mom and play in a band. While I was there, I lived in a pretty rural area with a lot of farms and I constantly made trips to lakes and and forests to fish, etc..
After being there for six months, I moved to Alaska to go to college. I lived next to the forest. My University, although right in the middle of the city, was actually encased by thousands of trees(I worked on the landscaping crew and we actually won an award called 'Tree Campus USA" for having more trees than any other University in the USA).
I left Alaska after a year and three months to go stay with my girlfriend's family for three months.
I returned back to the Los Angeles area around seven months ago to help my dad's ex-girlfriend and her kids stay afloat financially; and upon returning I realised that I dislike living in cities now. I don't have a problem spending time in them to play music or anything like that, but I found that I would rather live in the countryside, or in a forest. Has anyone else here experienced this? If so, how did you re-adjust to the city. Thanks!
