To synchro the audio and video You need some editor like Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere, Windows Movie Maker etc. do You own any of these?

The latest version of Movie Maker(free download from microsoft site) works well; previous versions hadn't been successful for me. It seems to need at least Windows 7 though.
Also Videopad has a free version (with restricted features) and works in XP.
Either of the above allow you to put an audio file to video.

yes, i have purchased AVS Video editor ( www.avs4you.com) i think not great as sony vegas but i got many softwares (like audio editor, audio converter, video converter, image converter, register cleaner) so i bought this.

i have Dell optiplex 360 with 4gb ram ( this systerm sucks, i am planning to buy new one very soon).

Llast Christmas i bought Guitar pro 6

my Gig Ibanez 150 electric guitar with 60 watts stereo amp and Zoom G2.1u pedal

very soon i am gonna practice electric guitar and record videos.
