Great thread Matt! I was fortunate enough to see SRV right before his passing. It was a great show where Joe Cocker opened for him and Stevie sat in on a few songs with him. My favorite I think would have to be Scuttle buttin' . I was blown away the first time I heard that tune!
Couldn't stand the weather is probably a close second along with Stang's Swang, I also love his Hendrix covers of Little Wing and Voodoo Chile.
Sorry I couldn't post just one song by this great artist, I pretty much love everything he ever did.
