Vibrato Lesson 3

Europe: Vibrato Lesson 3

Here is a virato lesson with a great feel. All possible variations are covered - also, Marcus gives his first spoken lesson. Thanks a lot Marcus for taking the time to show us a technique which you are such a master of. biggrin.gif

Hey Marcus, again, some awesome playing quite apart from the instructional content, really enjoying your lessons man!

You see to have a really melodic feel for tapping - any possibility you could do a lesson that subject some time?

I highly agree with Andrew. You would be a perfect tap teacher i suspect. some earlier ones were decent, they guy with the black les paul, his was a good lesson, but i think you could really come up with something.

PLEASE CONSIDER THIS, you really play a pretty sounding guitar.

edit: what i mean, while there are some tapping lessons, they are pretty simple, just basic technique. but nothing really involving a more interesting and complex melody, that is primarily based in tapping.

Yea all the tapping you can find are the fundamental videos and then I've picked up a few riffs from miscallaneous lessons, mostly Pavel's stuff.
Honestly, the next logical step would be showing how crafting melodies and ideas off of tapping and its unique rhythmic sense could be an interesting lesson. We definitely have a lot of lessons on sweeping, and Pavels 4 video series on alternate picking are pretty spot on and have personally worked complete magic on my technique.

This is a great way to go into a more in depth teaching of tapping technique. We definitely need to go more into this along with economy picking and fingerpicking.

I'm overwhelmed by all this positive response. Thank you so much, all of you! smile.gif

Thanks Andrew! I'd love to do a lesson about tapping!
I think my approach is a little bit different, so I believe that it could work as complement to the other great tapping lessons we have here. - I'll look into it! smile.gif

Congrats ballistic31! I see that you've understood what it's all about! smile.gif
It's how you play the guitar, - and not how expensive/high quality the amp and guitar is.

Also, congrats to your PODxt Live! smile.gif
