Full Version: Creating Melodic Ideas / Solos
GMC Forum > Discussion Boards > PRACTICE ROOM
Hi guys!

I want to share with you these 4-lesson course that explores a method for creating melodies and solos. The author calls it the L.O.V.E. method (which stands for Lyrical, Obvious, Visual and Expandable). I found it really useful and easy to understand and apply.

At the beginning it may look it's a silly method but is interesting to see how he develops his idea, so if you can, please watch the whole thing.

Hope you like it and it helps you build your music! smile.gif

David Wallimann! Yeah he is a really good instructor. In fact, he used to be an instructor here at GMC and there are many lessons from him that can be found here.
Kristofer Dahl
Nice, and I hardly recognise David - he has really shaped up! 😲
Gabriel Leopardi
Nice!! His lessons at GMC are very good. I usually recommend them at my mentoring program.

Thanks for sharing mate!
