  • Hello GMC friends.

I would love to share with you this lesson that I´ve called "Atonal Challenge". This is a song I wrote in 2012 named "At your own risk". The harmony is totally atonal and let me explain why the word "challenge":

The chords has many strings skipping and the shapes are not so common to those who we are familiar. So, it´s a little bit complex to memorize and to play each note clean. But......not impossible when you have focus, patience and your goal in guitar is always to become a better musician.

My intention with this lesson is to encourage you to create your music. Free your mind from theory and let creativity flow.
It´s amazing and you will get surprised with the results. Good to say, that we have here a great exercise to improve your technique on sweep picking, alternate picking or fingerstyle.

Tip: "Understand" the chord, this will make the memorizing process goes easier.

Hope you enjoy and it can be useful for your musicianship. DALLTON SANTOS
