Practicing should always be FUN - and I love these types of etudes instead of metronome exercises. Well done!
Very, very useful lesson! Watching at your spoken video I realized that I can make a lesson "how to play legato&tapping to not get a proper sound" You are truly awesome and you know why
Thanx for all this kindness:) Monica...can you tell which particular suggestion from the spoken video has guided you to something you didn't know ?
First of all I didn't used enough strength (I mean I used but not like for an acoustic guitar). The second stupid thing that I made was to use only hammer-on. I didn't used pull-off and I don't know why because I use this every day in my playing. Somehow the "tapping" name made me to mess the things.
But... after two weeks of wrong practice now I can play an entire song on neck pickups, using only hammer-on (no right hand involved) and with just a little amount of gain As you can see, I always come with something new
As always, great lesson to learn legato. Saludos!
Monica....you see - there's always a good time to review some of the things we think we allready know how to ))
He did it again such an awesome and helpful lesson!! Thx Darius!!
A really useful lesson - pitched at the right tempo for learning. And it sounds great.
