  • The "California Country Rhythm" lesson is inspired by the Bakersfield sounds of Dwight Yoakam. This particular lesson was inspired by his coved of "Suspicious Minds." The tone is twangy and wet. I'm using the bridge pickup on my Tele with a little bit of transparent overdrive and a good bit of spring reverb.
