  • Hey GMC-ers! This is my first attempt to try and cover the style of these two blues legends, but with a rock approach.

    The solo begins with a typical bluesy phrasing that probably can be heard in every blues solo. This is the main theme and the solo evolved around this theme. The structure of the solo is quite simple. I use the same theme in chorus part as in the beginning however an octave higher.

    Techniques:
    * Bluesy Bending
    * Bluesy Phrasing
    * Vibratos
    * Hammer-ons
    * Pull-offs
    * Slides

    Tuning:
    * Standard E
    * E - A - D - G - B - E
    (From thick to thin string)

    If you have any questions:
    * Give feedback (upper-right-corner)
    * My Personal Board
    * General Forum

    Have fun practicing!/ Zsolt
