Helloooo GMC!!
Well, not so easy to write this score, but here it is---the exercise some of you guys asked for after I posted
a video of myself playing this at the GMC Forum.
The important thing is to always follow the slap tempo.
In this case, we're using the 1st and 6th string to slap. Do it really slowly to feel the tempo. At first
it can seem pretty uncomfortable to play the hammer-ons from nowhere + the slapping + the tapping, so I
suggest you divide the task. First, try playing the slap beat; once you've mastered that, add the hammer-ons from
nowhere and finally practise the whole lesson with tapping and all.
I felt this lesson would be pretty attractive since I haven't seen many exercises using this technique, just one
by Muris Varajic, very entertaining by the way! So I thought it would be cool to add up all these ideas to your
training.
I hope you find it useful and enriching!
Regards and see you next time. Please DO ask me any questions you need. I'm here for you and I'll do my best
to help you!
Cheers!
