brilliant as always. cant wait to learn this one!
Brilliant, love the music, great tune, and i could definetl work on my fingerpicking.
Beatiful progression! Great lesson Muris as always!
Excellent constructive lesson, inspiring for me.
Cool clean sound, I appreciate sometimes smooth playing
Ps: Is your shirt a Lacoste? ...sharp dessed man!
hehe, I remember Kris said to look clean on the videos tho. I shaved my head yesterday, I still scare myself now.
now here is where i shine after playing ani difranco style angry folk rock for the last 5 years..I soooooo love the finger picking..once you get the hang of it...It is amazeing how much sex you can put into a 3 cord progression.I also love to use the thumb to pop the bass note for a lil flare.......helps with sustain of note for hammer ons and pull offs..I only hope one day my leads shine as well.......great lesson muris as allways
Thanks!!
Yeah, using of thumb is really helpful, not only in stuff like in this lesson
but while playing lead and solo licks as well.
sounds awesome, will try it out pretty soon i think
I guess in a solo the only way i have found the thumb to be helpfull is to hold the pick lol..I know probly harmonics as well ....but for some odd reason i use the knuckle of my first finger to do harmonics with....guess im a odd duck..but if you would explain other ways.....that would be great
We were talking of left hand thumb.
Thanks guys, glad you're having nice time with this one!!
YEAH THIS IS MY STUFF!!! I WANNA HAVE THIS LESSON FOR MY OWN
IT BELONGS TO ME ALONE NOW
Muris this is so cool thnx that will help me a lot...starting with that one tommorow more seriosly...
cheers,
Kai
this may sound kinda newby but what does the L mean?
It's tied note,notation stuff.
But take Guitar Pro file and you wont be seeing it in tabs there.
hi what does tied note meean?
thank you
It means that you are not play it but its time duration is counted.
Check more about it in Andrew's theory lessons tho
Great lesson!!!beutifull melody...very creative...thanks
muris... go get famous man.. you are one of the best and versatile guitarists ive heard... you are so good at so many styles:O
Appreciate it.
Somehow I missed this lesson. Cool material, last seconds remind me Mark Knopfler's tune called "Junkie doll".
Interesting swing!
I can hear the Eric Johnson, will get to it soon. tia!
I enjoy practicing this and getting it down,,very good finger style practice too..thanks!
