Awesome lesson David, the beard is only missing
Thanks for this lesson David, great licks. Hope to see more southern rock in the future. Keep on rocking.
Great southern rock lesson David. I wish to see your long beard
Nice ZZ Top lesson, good work as usual man
Awesome rocking lesson! I have to check out your licks, they sound so good in almost every musical context.
Well Done! I think this lesson will be very important to beginner-intermediate players in developing their own tone by learning to play with, as you say, conviction and attitude.
Just great David,ZZ Top rules!!

awesome... alot of good stuff here
Thanks everyone. I saw ZZTop a few months ago for the first time and they rocked. I think this should help some begginer-intermediate players that want to get to the next level. At least that's my hope! :-)
kaznie_NL: I haven't been using the new Parker a lot lately just because it is so light that it's harder for me to play with conviction. It's psychological, I know... :-)
Thanks for this lesson. Can someone explain me in detail this weird double bend at 21s/28 in the 5th video ? Any video link ?
So, ring finger for both strings. Thanks Gabriele to take the time to make this very clear answer.
One last thing, to get this "dirty" sound sometimes you seem to strike almost all the strings (especially at 2mn:20s) and mute them except 2nd and 3rd. I don't get if you use your right hand palm or left hand to do that ?
Yes, I use my index finger as a bar to mute the third string (and the first string), and the palm of your right hand to mute the lower strings.
