Awsome song Dejan.Im new to GMC and I seem to always be drawn to your lessons. What about a lesson for the song Sleep Walk, the spiritual style seems right for you.
Thank you for the compliments, much appreciated
Sleep Walk? Not sure if I know the song
Santo and Johnny wrote the song..I think. They used it in the movie La Bamba. LOL
Oh I remember now, great song but I'm afraid it is still under copyright
blues!
all the way
Nice sound.
Short question:
In part 2 can you please tell me after the second band and pull off do you play 5 fret 3. string twice or only once?
Thanks
Thanks
If you think on the note before last in the second slow video, I do not pick it, just pull off. Do you think on that?
Thanks Dejan,
I figured that out. One more question: Is there a lesson or what is the best way to practice playing with a backing track? Right now when I start a backing track and try to play along, after short time I loss track, play either faster or slower. Or I just need to listen. I saw chords are written in a guitar tab, probably I have to register chords changes in backing track.
Thanks
You're welcome
IMO, the best way is to tap the rhythm with your foot while playing. In the beginning do it while listening, and then join it with playing.. If you feel you cannot combine the playing with foot taping, slow it as much as it takes to get it and then gradually increase tempo
Of course, you need some reference to stay in rhythm, such as backing track, drum loop or a metronome.. but try to keep the foot taping all the time, if you stop at some difficult parts it means that you are not controlling the tempo
What a great composition again !!!I envy you !
And thanks a lot that you also put the chords backing in a second track of the GP file !
I have done a lot of your lessons so far because I love'em..I am going to upload some so you can take a look at it
Thank you, very kind of you
And would love to hear/see playing any of my lessons
wojoo!! The loner #2?
The loner is a great song, thanks
I love this!! I can't wait till I'm home to learn this song really lovely tabs and not too hard for me to leanr it
I am glad you like it, if you need any help feel free to ask
This sounds like a mix of The Loner and Still Got the Blues by Gary Moore ! Very beautifully and smoothly played !
These are my favorite Gary's songs after all, thanks
