Great pull-off etude! I get tired in my left hand just by watching this. Also it's nice to know you are a true metal head Muris!
wow awesome! perfect lesson for practicing legato, and it sounds really cool too
thanks muris, i remember doing a similar exercise- but it was just a chromatic exercise between each finger, that got very boring very quickly.
Thanks for making it musical and fun to practise
Any particular reason why all the pickstrokes are upstrokes?
That's a great exercise and very musical... well done Muris!
This is excelent! Good work Muris!!!!
perfect exercise for me.
Great warmup/exercize for legato
Great exercize, no one ever has enough pinky strength
Great exercice Muris !!! well done
Was that a rock and roll gesture or just your hand pulsating from so much tension! Just kidding. Nicely done Muris.
I'll practice "the sign". Very important technique to master!
a very usefull lesson, especially if you want to learn the paul gilbert lesson this would come in handy...
This is great! It reminds me very much of a classical peice of music too!
haha very cool muris ! just as always
hey really cool lesson, but why do you use only upstrokes?
Once again another great lesson Muris. This is very good to build up technique!
Great Lesson Muris - I have noticed a lot of pinky action in your playing - something that needs work for sure for me. You seem to be a "Lesson Machine" lately. You know we want more Paul Gilbert, Steve Morse etc. - yes the list is endless. But keep it coming. Thanks for your effort.
Great lesson for pull-off technique as well as training your fingers strenght.
Muris you've done it again
Nice, I'm defintitely gonna practice this one. I need much more strength in my pinky.
nice lesson for practicing muris
Thanks a lot guys!!
About picking here, you can play it whatever you like,
I started with straight upstrokes and then somewhere around middle
I started to use both up and down picking,
So it's not that much about picking after all.
This is definitely a great lesson Muris. Will come in use for me big time. Thanks!
u made this lesson to help my pg part 4,
timing is so perfect !
Yeah, looks like this one comes nice for PG vid No 4
Very cool exercice Muris!
I do have a question on the last section though...
The sign you do... When I try, My left hand tends to hurt a bit.. Should I stretch more?
Could you upload a slower vid?
Great job man!
Try not doing that at all,my mistake in total
Great lesson Muris. A kind of Steve Harris vibe on the bass line...
Nice lesson Muris, you really explaind those combos well.
You left out the video explaining that hand movement at the end!
Anyway, great stuff, I need some Pinky practise so this will be awesome. Thanks a lot man!
Oh,sorry, for that movement you need to
stretch your index and pinky in order to call Devil's boy
Cool exercise! Thanks.
Wow, great lesson muris ! And love the horns at the end hehe
Yeah, horns is cream on the top of the cake.
Oh my God, the devil-horns made me crap my pants in laughter Muris ! You rock ! This is a very good exercise as well !
Good one as they all...it's nice to torture my pinky. Thanks.
a nice article thanks very much
