  • Hello GMC! Welcome to my new lesson! This one is a Shred solo lesson with some influences of the neo-classical guitar players like Vinnie Moore, Yngwie Malmsteen, Tony McAlpine, Michael Angelo Batio and more.

I used A Harmonic Minor and E minor scale to compose the solo. We’ll use different techniques like alternate picking, sweep picking, legato and vibrato.

The tempo is 140 bpm and you’ll find that I use 16th notes sextuplets so it’s very fast in some parts. Practice it slowly and make every note sound clear. Otherwise it won’t sound good.

    Good luck!
