I have a love for music that greatly exceeds my musical abilities. Having played drums for years, and having owned several guitars, I'm still a drummer that wants to be a guitar player. Apparently owning guitars isn't enough. I see the innate abilities of so many guitar players and wonder

Owning guitars. I originally wanted to be able to play them, but lowered my aspirations. I'm a great guitar owner!

I flew out to Toronto to see Blind Guardian this past weekend. The show was very good. Marcus and the band were as tight as any group I've ever seen. The crowd was loyal and familiar with their tunes and we had a great time. If you guys get a chance to see BG, the admission is a bargain at twice the price. As impressive as Marcus, Andre' and Hansi are, drummer Frederick was a spectacle to see. He was tight, busy and very serious about his task. It was a pleasure to see a band as well rehearsed and as well connected as this group. Hats off to their touring bass player as well as he was the second hardest working guy on stage that night.

Cheers!

Hi Guys,

This is the last of my REC posts as required by the, now defunked, MTP program. I just wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to grade these. I also wanted to thank Pedja Simovic, and Emir Hot for mentoring me throughout the life of this program. I appreciate the help and time spent. I have learned a ton.

All the best,

Tom

This may have been posted, but this poor guy is the poster boy for "Shoulda Got Strap Locks." The video has an unfortunate title, as the guy is really grooving, imo.

Hey man, I love your cartoon signature! I literally did laugh outloud! I'm glad the symbols were there....hee hee ^_^ How do I customize my own cartoon thing?? Also I can't figure out how people are putting things at the end of their messages like: my youtube...and here are my guitars and equipment - stuff that is there automatically.

Someone has become addicted to that rush, I think. :)

stevie ray hey h...
i don't know if you're bored sometimes, but if you like... I'll soon be kind of in need for a drum recording to a song of mine that's not yet finished. I'm a bit still confused about some song elements regarding structure and variation, and I need to master singing a bit better... but after that I except foreign help and I think a drum-idea/fill-options could be an essential t
