Welcome "PICKING IN THIRDS"! In this lesson we are going to attack the MINOR SCALE In a way that you may not be familiar with. It's a great way to spice up the scale for solo work and a great way to work on your ALTERNATE PICKING and PALM MUTING.

We are going to play this lick ascending and descending, the try it with "Double Picking" (Picking twice per note), as well as "Triple Picking" (Picking three times per note), and "Quad Picking" (Picking four times per note). Finally, we are going to put this to good use and play it as a solo lick with a backing track.

We will also be working on
    -Right Hand Control and Position
-Palm Muting of all the strings with the right hand
    -Alternate Picking
    -Precision/Speed

This is our Lesson Plan, per Video.
