Alright GMC i am here reviewing the newest addition to my Gear family. My Schecter Exotic Star, I can't find the gear review template but ill try and organize as best i can for you.

Overview

-This Guitar is a Schecter Diamond Series model. It is basically a C1 but with a few little features and new paint. Its a very simple guitar, very good looking, great sounding and great to play. A standard Schecter.

NECK/FINGERBOARD: 3-pc. Mahogany/Ebony
FRETS: 24 Jumbo

Sound

As can be seen in the stats this guitar runs 2 humbuckers with a Vol/Vol/Tone (tap) and a 3 way switch. You have seperate volume for both pickups and a tone for both of them. Rythem switch allows you to get sound from bridge pickup, Neck Pickup or from both. One feature i love about this setup is that when the volume is all the way down on 1 pickup you get no sound from it none.. the downside of this is if you move your switch to only that pickup you don't get any sound at all.. This guitar also has built in overdrive. Its got a great warm tone and a very wide built in range. It sounds absolutly fantastic on any amp Clean and has a great crunchy sound when the overdrive is on or your playing some metal with distortion. This guitar can be used to play ANYTHING. Id give it a 8/10, but i can't say ive ever played anything with a better sound.

Feel

This guitar is one of the lightest ive every played, Ebony fingerboard makes it very smooth for playing but has no ridges for those who like a little more grip when bending. The lower curves are perfectly lined up making it great for playing sitting and standing. The back of the neck is one of the most beutiful things i have seen, im not sure what the exact word is but it is not bolt on neck. The neck is part of the upper body of the guitar with a smooth almost ramp that allows for playing upper notes soooo much more easy then playing on a standard bolt on neck ( pictures of this included) The Through neck bridge is very standard and my preferred bridge. Pods are out of the way so you wont accidentally change your volume while strumming. Overall a great feeling guitar, great action, lightweight, smooth neck, overall amazing!. 9/10

Asthetics(looks)

One of my favorite parts of this guitar is how it looks. None of my pictures do it justice. Ive had it for a few months now and everytime i see it hanging on my wall it gives me shivers. Comes in 3 paints, Snow Leppard,Lava Red ( pictures ), Cayman Blue. All of which are absolutly Gorgious, Chrome Hardware, Vintage White Bindings, and Humbucker covers to boot( match colour of paint). Removed regular inlays in included a Nautical Star at the 12th fret. Which might throw some beginner guitarists off, but don't worry the dots are included along the top. Standard beutiful Schecter Headstock which has the same paint as the body which is a feature i love on guitars. Some of the greatest features of this guitar are those that you can only see when you inspect it upclose. 9/10

Overall

GREAT, best guitar ive ever had, one of the best ive ever played, looks amazing, feels amazing, plays amazing. Unfortunatly its not a entry level guitar, with a price around 1200 its a little pricy but worth every penny. 9/10
