Just ran across this video ~ love the blues rocks pentatonic, awesome bendiness, based sound, of which Doug Aldrich is a master of.
Wish I could make my ittle pitties move that fast  see 43 minutes in for some Doogie shreddin '  -------------------- The more I practice, the more I wish I had time to practice!

He's an excellent player.. all with the humble pentatonic !
And a rare example of someone using the classical hand position for vibrato and bending.. that is tough ! |

He is an amazing player! I discovered him playing with Dio, and could see him rocking live with Whitesnake. He can really rock those pentatonics! I'll save that clinic for later analysis, maybe there are some licks to borrow.
