ok this were I need work playing through changes as an improv im sure I could write something but improv is very difficult when watching the changes in other words I guess i can say it I just cant play it yet.

You did very good! You have a good technique and a very nice touch! I have a few suggestions
Try playing less! It is a very common thing to play too much when you are learning to play over the changes, it sounded insecure like you are scared to loose the key and fall out! I would suggest to use more chord tones third and seventh work great! Try gradually build your solo! I really liked you rhythmic ideas on the second part! Good job!
So here is a new challenge! I would like you to build the whole solo on chord tones! You can use any octaves but limited with the third and seventh! Try it out it will change the way you think and will open up new way of improvisation!

You can use any octaves of the chord tones:) So you are limited! Actually let's also add fifth!
So you have Third - Fifth - Seventh any octave!

Wow! This is impressive! You are doing your homework!
What progression are you talking about exactly? The one I gave you?
Chord tones are really important! It's like building a house chord tones is the foundation and the rest you are building around it!
I would suggest to get good at chord tones first I have plenty of exercises that will help you!
Let's start with the chord progression I gave you! Just use chord tones only though the whole tune you can use any octave but limited to chord tones only!

You did a great job! I would suggest trying to keep it a little less busy and gradually build your solo!
Next week I will record a track to give you ideas!
Rhythm was a little shaky but it's because you are playing something new and don't feel secure just yet it will go away very soon!:)
