Ok cool! So let's start with a simple assignment that will help you develop your picking technique and will get your hands in sync!
I would like you to add it to your warm up routine! The trick is slower you will practice it better results you will get! Always practice it using a metronome! Okey-dokey - this is as close as I can get at the moment. Coming along - just slowly. Will post a video take once I get over red-light fever from the webcam and it's a little more polished.
