last night while i was talking to my freind who has been playing guitar for about four years, i found out he didnt know what things like alternate picking were and that he did not use a metronome. i sent him links for lessons from sites like UG for alternate picking(yes i have showed him gmc but he does not want to pay) and i looked for instructions on how to use a metronome.
http://www.yellowguitarbooks.com/learn-to-...s/metronome.htm if you look at the note values (hints section) they are different from how they are taught in kris' metronome lesson. i have been wondering if its just another way to do it or if one way is right or wrong.
