Ken, I understand what you are saying and I admire you for being able to sort out your strengths and follow a path in accord with them you discovered what your strengths are and you acted accordingly - even if you didn't know you will have a career as a freelance musician, it slowly came to you and you started preparing for it more and more. There are many people that can't put their finger on their strengths unfortunately, so I think that the ones that are able to point them out and use them are very lucky indeed It was a s l o w and gradual almost invisible process.
