Cool strumming Vasilije
just great
It's a very interesting topic, well done Vasilije.
great stuff, those chords sound very cool
Great stuff Vasilije!!
Very nice man, great work with the picking hand
Very nice lesson
Thanks guys! Glad you liked it!
Those are beautiful chords, and a very interesting picking pattern, thanks!
I have a request though: would it be possible to record the picking pattern of your right hand a little bit slower? It took a lot of concentration from my side to follow what strings you were hitting. To make up for the longer time of a slower sequence you could for example leave out the sequence with the top view of your left hand, for me at least the tab is enough to know what the left hand needs to do.
Just my 2 cents. ;-)
very cool topic man!
Nice!
Good lesson man!
Excellent strumming workout!!
Very tranquil tune ! Sounds a bit like music used in underwater scenes in some movies !
Great stuff man, I love your jazz-fusion lessons
Useful,useful and USEFUL.
Sounds a bit like Mikael Åkerfelt picking to me, maybe one of his many inspirations?
Usefull
Cool strumming patterns Vasilije
Great!!
Hi GMC!
Chord strumming is one of my favorite guitar techniques, and Al di Meola is the guitar player who developed it to the high end. I am presenting you some unusual strumming patterns some of which were played by di Meola him self. Left hand chords are pretty easy; all focus will be on right hand. There are two solutions here, to pick from the air, anchoring your pinky just a little bit and anchoring your wrist like Al. Both ways are ok, though I recommend di Meola way because your 100% sure all notes will ring. Although this looks easy and smooth, it is pretty difficult to master, so be patient, and don’t forget that your overall picking will be improved. Chords sequence is Am7, Cmaj7, Amin9/F, Amin9/F#, C#min7-5
Have fun playing!
Regards!
