I looked around the forum and did not see anything on this. Saw this yesterday at the guitar shop and I am really wanting one! Anyone used one of these?

I have heard good things about it. Though it seems there is a bit of a learning curve before one can really jam away.

I am thinking the same thing Kris. They do make it look very easy. However, Rob Marcello made the Boss ME-25 look easy also and I found out otherwise after I bought it. biggrin.gif I will have to get the guys at the music store to let me play with it a while first. Seems like a decent price though, at $180 (US).

Success is not obtained overnight. It comes in instalments; you get a little bit today, a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out. The day you procrastinate, you lose that day's success.

If you decide to buy it please buy it here. I manage the amps and effects business on Amazon smile.gif. I would love the sale:

For the price it's hard to beat smile.gif For home use, just for plugging in and jamming away it looks quite handy. You could do the same thing with your daw or ipad but with more effort. This seems very plug and play and doesn't even require you to turn on your computer. smile.gif

Yes this should be seen as a practice / jam unit - allowing you instantly fire up a custom backing - the sounds in it don't seem to qualify for anything else.

I wonder if anyone does a software plugin of this type of thing? Just handy to get a quick jam in and a software version would be sweet smile.gif

Though I haven't used it myself, I believe "band in a box" gets lots of praise for this application.
