I started using Trilogy too, and I love it.

Virtual Bassist can be very useful as well. It has premade grooves, intergrated effects, amp modeling etc.. You can use it as in note-mode as well.
I suggest you read the manual before you used it, cause it can be a bit confusing at start, but it can serve you very well once you learn what octave serves what purpose. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE
