  • Hi Guys,

Welcome to my lesson No. 127 called "5 Accent Shifting Licks". This lesson perfectly demonstrates how you could use some great Accent Shifting (Syncopating) in faster runs or lines.
Be sure to practise all theses licks to metronome or Backing track. This way you'll hear the exact syncopations.

The structure of the Jam track:

    Lick 1 0:05-0:16
    | F#5 | % | D5 | G5| F#5 |

    Lick 2 0:17-0:28
    | F#5 | % | D5 | G5| F#5 |

    Lick 3 0:29-0:40
    | F#5 | % | D5 | G5| F#5 |

    Lick 4 0:41-0:52
    | F#5 | % | D5 | G5| F#5 |

    Lick 5 0:53-1:08
    | F#5 | % | D5 | G5| F#5 |

    Have fun! ;-)
