Videos Don't Play Properly

If you have problems with playing the videos at GuitarMasterClass, it could be either due to a slow Internet connection, or an [older] computer with not enough capacity. Try to close down all other processes you have ongoing when you want to watch a large video file.



If you have a slower Internet connection, you will notice that the video loads slowly (check the Progress Bar). Press pause and wait for the video to finish loading before watching it.



Adjust your local storage settings. Right click on the player and choose Settings. Set the storage to "Unlimited" and close.
