Hi GMC'ers! This lesson is about the amazing intros and outros that Symphony X does when they enter and exit a solo. The lesson have four major parts as follows:
* The solo intro: made all with tapping
* The guitar solo: four measures
* The keyboard solo: four measures
* The outro solo: made all with arpeggios
Obviously the intro and outro are longer here to explain in detail about those parts but on the real songs of the band the solos are maybe longer, as three guitar solos interchanged with three keyboard solos.
*Funny fact I've recorded the solo keyboard myself.
The techniques we're gonna use in this lesson are:
* Alternate picking
* Sweeping
* Legato
* Tapping
* Sliding
I hope you enjoy the lesson! :)
